This village is in the Majha region of Punjab. It belongs to Dera Baba Nanak development block of the Gurdaspur district. Demographics - Population includes 197 males and 150 female residents. Out of the total population of 347 residents 35 are registered as scheduled caste. For land use out of the total 110 hectares 83 hectares are cultivated by 80 tubewells.
