Chuhewal

This village is in the Majha region of Punjab. It belongs to Batala development block of the Gurdaspur district. Demographics - Population includes 598 males and 540 female residents. Out of the total population of 1138 residents 512 are registered as scheduled caste. For land use out of the total 152 hectares 138 hectares are cultivated by 79 tubewells and 14 hectares are preserved as forest cover.
